In an effort to provide "A Place For
Everyone" we have made it easy for you to "Get Plugged In." Life
Groups are a wonderful way to get involved in church life at Woodlawn.
Not only will you develop relationships, you will also be spiritually
impacted in whatever group you choose to attend.
What is a
LIFE Group?
Life groups are gatherings of at least three people who meet regularly
for a variety of purposes. The main emphasis is to develop
relationships and grow in your walk with the Lord while reaching our
to those who don't know Jesus Christ in your neighborhood and
community.
Each LIFE Group runs for about 12 weeks
followed by a four week break (some may continue) in a semester
format: Spring (January, February, March), Summer (May, June,
July) and Fall (September, October, November). If the group is
continuing you may stay with it or choose to attend another one.

How do I select a Group?
Each "semester" a directory is produced that will list all groups that
will be offered. In order to join a LIFE Group, you need only
consult this directory and determine which group best fits you.
All the information you need will be listed in the LIFE Group
directory. If you do not find one that fits you, consider
starting your own!
At the beginning of each semester there will be an opportunity for you
to submit your idea, get training, and lead a group. It is that
simple. You can obtain a copy of the current directory through
the church office by calling 248-588-6272.
