Recently, we took advantage of an opportunity to participate in a new program offered by Meijer.  We are now enrolled in Meijer Community Rewards.  After a school or church enrolls, their supporters apply for and receive their choice of a Meijer Guest Card^SM or Meijer Credit Card.  (The Meijer Guest Card is NOT a credit card.)  When this card is scanned at the checkout register, a percentage of the purchase totals will be rewarded to Woodlawn Church – automatically.

Benefits

·         Apply for a Meijer Guest Card^SM at your convenience.  Woodlawn’s organization code number is 749767.

·         Pay for your purchases any way you choose – cash, check or any type of charge.

·         Woodlawn Church receives credit for almost all Meijer purchases – Groceries, toys, home fashions, jewelry – over 150,000 products!  

(If you are already enrolled for another organization, you can add Woodlawn’s code number and the rewards will be divided equally.)

Here's how it works:

1.   Sign up online (or use the application available at the information table) for a Meijer Guest Card^SM.

2.   Earn more rewards by encouraging your family and friends to join the program.

3.   Meijer will mail your Card directly to you within 2-3 weeks.  You can begin earning rewards for Woodlawn Church after you receive your Card

4.   Shop at Meijer, scan your Card, and earn rewards for qualified purchases.*

5.   Woodlawn will receive earnings every month, as well as an email with the check amount and list of members.

*Excludes gas station and C-stop, postage, insurer paid prescriptions, layaway, sales tax, Meijer Thrift Outlet, carwash, and on-line purchases.  Earnings are computed after discounts, credits and any additional savings are deducted and gift cards, gift certificates and return cards are redeemed.  Some in-store businesses (shoe repair, salon, third party ticket sales, etc.) may not participate.
