COVID-19 Update

Dear Friends:

At Woodlawn, we are dedicated to the well-being and safety of our families, our employees and the
community we are grateful to serve. We want to do our part to address the COVID-19 pandemic in a
proactive and practical way with responsibility and care.

The Cemetery grounds will remain open for normal operating hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 7 days
a week, but are subject to change. We are temporarily suspending the practice of providing
transportation within the Cemetery to visitors in Cemetery vehicles. Visitors are free to either walk or
drive to their destinations.

The Cemetery Offices are open only for those making arrangements for Cemetery property. Also, we
have the ability to discuss and show Cemetery property to you through “virtual meetings” and we
encourage you to contact us by telephone at (718) 920-0500 if you are interested in exploring that
option.

Cemetery services will not be held inside The Woolworth building or Crematory, or in any of our
Community Mausoleums. Please contact us by telephone at (718) 920-0500 for details regarding
specific new policy changes implemented for all burial services at Woodlawn.

We are asking our patrons to take the same precautions as our employees. If you feel sick, please refrain
from visiting. You may always contact us via phone if you have questions or concerns or if we may be of
assistance in any way, (718) 920-0500.

Public programming at Woodlawn has been canceled until further notice. The status of all events
and programs will be continually updated here on our website.

It is our sincere honor to be a place where many find peace amidst our beautiful and historic landscape.
It is our desire that we will continue to offer a place of hope and peace as we navigate these difficult
times and practice social responsibility. We regret any inconvenience these measures may cause you,
but we are sure that you understand the necessity for these measures. We look forward to the day
when these measures will no longer be necessary and hope that by implementing these precautions
now we hasten the arrival of that day. Thank you for your understanding.

Sincerely,

Mitch Rose
