Monday thru Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Saturdays – 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (or by appointment after hours)
Cemetery Grounds Hours will remain:
Open 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
In the event of inclement weather or high winds, please call ahead to ensure we are open or contact our concierge staff on our home page to immediately answer any questions you may have.
Our office is closed on Sunday and for the following holidays:

TOURISM
Out of respect for those who rest here in our care, we strictly limit the type of recreational activities permitted here. You are welcome to take a guided tour of the cemetery or to photograph the grounds. Please read our visitor guidelines for more information.

PHOTOGRAPHY
We are pleased to allow photography for personal use. Out of respect for our families, please visit our administration office and request a photography form. For all other commercial photography and videography requests, please email info@woodlawn.org Within the email, briefly state the nature of your request. You will then hear back from us. If permission is granted, you will be required to complete and submit other necessary forms prior to shooting the video or still photography. Our administration office is open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you need further information, please call at (718) 920-0500.
DIRECTIONS
Metro North Railroad From Grand Central Station: Take the Harlem Line local train (North White Plains). Exit at Woodlawn Station. At top of stairs, turn right. Cemetery Webster office is to the left across the street.
Subway: Take the #4 train (Lexington Avenue express or local) to the end of line – Woodlawn Station. At base of station, walk about ½ block. Jerome Avenue entrance is on the right. You may also take the #2 or #5 train to 233rd Street Station. Walk 3 blocks along 233rd, downhill. Cross over Webster Avenue. The cemetery entrance is on the left.
